LKS4222 is a highly efficient wet strength breaker that can safely and thoroughly break down the water-resistant bonding bonds in paper, effectively solving the problems of wet strength loss during paper recycling and waste paper reuse processing.
Basic physical properties:

◆ pH value: 11.0-13.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Usage:
◆ The addition can be done at the pulper, where the pulp consistency should be controlled at ≥6%, and the pulp temperature should be raised to 65-75℃. An aqueous NaOH solution can be used to adjust the pH to ≥10, followed by the addition of a debonding agent. After pulping, refining can be achieved through disc refining. Alternatively, treatment can be carried out at 65℃-75℃ in a beater. Generally, debonding is completed in about 30 minutes.
◆ Based on the original wet strength of the paper, the addition amount is 0.3-0.8 wt% of the oven-dry pulp.
◆ Factories should determine the specific dosage during actual production based on the situation of wet-strength damaged paper or waste paper.
Product packaging and storage:
◆ Product Packaging and Storage: Packed in 40kg/drum, the product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, with attention paid to moisture prevention. When storing, ensure that each stacking unit contains no more than 1 ton of product, and ventilation channels must be left between units to avoid stacking products weighing more than 1 ton without gaps.
◆ Shelf life: 6 months, with the requirement that the packaging remains undamaged.
