High-efficiency wet strength agent LKS4211

This product is a highly effective wet strength agent, primarily composed of cationic modified polyamide resin. It can significantly enhance the wet strength of paper and improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers. This product can be widely applied to various paper types such as household paper, cup base paper, security paper, banknote paper, fruit bag paper, offset printing paper, food/medical packaging paper, newsprint, decorative paper, and more. 

Basic physical properties:

◆ Appearance: Light red to light yellow transparent liquid

◆ Solid content: 12.5±0.5%

◆ Viscosity: 20-70 mPa·s (at 25℃)

◆ pH value: 3.0-6.0

◆ Ionicity: Strong cation

◆ Water solubility: easily soluble in water

Product Features:

◆ This product is a water-soluble, cationic, thermosetting resin with high cationic density, strong fiber fixation, and significant improvement in wet strength effect. 

◆ This product is highly efficient, suitable for neutral papermaking, and easy to recycle damaged or waste paper. 

◆ This product is suitable for the production of various papers with wet strength. In addition to being used as a wet strength agent, it can also be used as a retention aid for emulsion rosin size and enhanced rosin size, a synergist for neutral sizing agents, and a cationic starch modifier. 

Usage:

◆ Depending on the requirements of paper type and wet-to-dry ratio, the dosage per ton of paper ranges from 4 to 80kg, and the slurry exhibits optimal performance when its pH value is maintained between 6 and 8. 

◆ Before use, the product can be diluted 3-10 times. If conditions permit, a dilute NaOH solution can be used to adjust the pH value of this product to 7-8 for use. 

◆ The addition point is generally at the inlet of the sizing pump, and it should not be added simultaneously with anionic chemicals. 

Storage and Packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: net weight 200 kg/drum, 1000 kg/drum. 

◆ Store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight, and maintain a storage temperature between 5-35℃. 

◆ The shelf life is 3 months.
