Coating rheology agent LKL6411

The rheology modifier LKL6411 is a natural polymer grafted organic high molecular weight polymer, which can significantly reduce the high and low shear viscosities of coatings; enhance the dynamic rheological properties of coatings; substantially increase the solid content of coatings, thereby improving the paper machine speed and saving production costs; it can serve as a carrier for brighteners, enhancing the brightening effect; and it is helpful for improving the glossiness, smoothness, ink absorption, and other indicators of finished paper.

Basic physical properties:

◆ Appearance: light yellow viscous liquid

◆ Solids content: 50-52%

◆ Viscosity: ≤50 mPa·s

◆ pH value: 8.0-10.0

◆ Ionicity: zwitterionic

◆ Water solubility: easily soluble in water

Product specialty:

◆ Significantly improve the water retention of coatings, and can partially or fully replace CMC and acrylate-based water retention agents used in coatings.

◆ Reducing the viscosity of the coating can increase its solid content.

◆ Reduce the high shear viscosity of the coating to ensure excellent rheological properties.

◆ It can improve certain indicators of the finished paper, such as glossiness, smoothness, ink absorbency, and printing glossiness.

Usage:

◆ The general addition amount is 0.1%-0.3%

◆ Add it after stirring the adhesive. Generally, dilute it with clean water by 1-2 times or add the original solution directly.

◆ It can be used alone or in combination with other rheology agents and water retention agents.

Storage and packaging:

◆ Plastic drum packaging: 200 kg/drum, 1000 kg/drum.

◆ Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and store at a temperature of 4-35℃.

◆ The shelf life is 6 months.
